In view of the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to opposite parties no.2 to 5 and 8 15 is dispensed with. Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the authority concerned for expeditious disposal of the proceedings pending under Section 144 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. It is submitted that in the aforesaid proceedings all the parties have put in appearance and have also filed their statements whereafter only general dates are being allocated therefore expedite order is required to be passed. Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case opposite party no.1 is directed to decide the case no.00961 of 2018 expeditiously without granting undue adjournment to either parties. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach this Court again in case the proceedings are not disposed of expeditiously. With the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of.
