¶1Shri Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava, Advocate has filed his valakatnama on behalf of the opposite party no. 3. The same is taken on record.

¶2Heard Shri Gaurva Mehrotra, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and Shri Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3.

¶3The objections of the petitioners to the master plan 2031 are said to be pending before the State Government vide Annexure No. 19. The petitioners seek its disposal.

¶4Let the State Government consider and dispose of the said objections while finalizing the plan along with other objections which may be pending.
