It is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. So far as the connected petition bearing Writ-C No.18193 of 2019 is concerned, the same still survives as in that petition, the allegation is that the petitioner of this petition-Zunaid Ahmad, who is opposite party No.5 therein was raising illegal construction and therefore, this Court had passed an order on

05.07.2019 restraining him from undertaking any construction over the area where no permission has been granted by the Nagar Palika concerned. In that petition, response has not been filed by the respondents till date. Let them file a response to the writ petition bearing Writ-C No.18193 of 2019 within four weeks.
