¶1Heard.

¶2Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that charge-sheet has been filed in the case on 18.12.2024 before the Supervisory Authority.

¶3Liberty is granted to petitioner to move appropriate application before the Supervisory Authority within a week, if so desires. In case such an application is being filed by the petitioner, we hope and trust that the Supervisory Authority shall make an earnest endeavour to pass appropriate order in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt of the said application.
