¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. Suitable direction commanding to the Civil Judge (J.D.), Haveli, District Faizabad/Ayodhya, to decide the Original Suit No. 194 of 2021, titled as Mohd. Zaid Khan Vs. Rashida Khatoon, within specific time frame as court may deem fit just and proper."

¶3Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
