¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned A.G.A. for State.

¶2This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding respondent no.2 and 3 to make sure the compliance of judgment and order dated 28.02.2023 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (S.D.) Court No.23 Lucknow in regular suit no.292/2006 (Manoj Kumar Gautam Vs. Ganga Baksh Singh Yadav & Others).

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings by filing petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India or any other proceedings as permissible under the law.

¶4Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same.
