¶1Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "a) To direct the opposite party no.05 decide the Claim Petition No.1894/2023, Sunil Kumar Sharma Versus State of UP & others which is pending before opposite party no.05 i.e. State Public Service Tribunal from 2023 by speaking and reasoned order within a fixed period provided by this Hon'ble Court."

¶2Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal before the Court concerned which shall be considered in accordance with administrative guidelines of this Court.
