¶1Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Sadar, District Pratapgarh to expeditiously decide the application under Order 39 Rule 1 C.P.C. bearing Paper No.6Ga2 as well as the Original Suit No.786 of 2020 (Chamela Devi & Others Versus Udai Raj & Another) pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Sadar, District Pratapgarh, since 14.8.2020, in accordance with law, within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court."

¶2Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the application filed in the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
