¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "a. Direct the Opposite party No.2 /Court below i.e Civil Judge (Junior Division) Sadar District-Pratapgarh to decide the Permanent Injuction Suit (O.S) Number 1110/2014 titled as Shiv Sagar and Others Versus Ram Vilas and Others pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Sadar District-Pratapgarh since 2014, expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice."

¶3Considering the relief as sought, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid suit in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
