¶1Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) issue an order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.1 to decide the divorce Case No.3342 of 2019, "Divyanshu Gupta Vs. Smt. Barkha Gupta" filed U/s 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 pending since

07.11.2019, as expeditiously as possible at an early date in order to meet the ends of justice."

¶2Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
