¶1Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. Issue an order or direction of appropriate nature commanding the Court of Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court No.13 to decide the application for temporary injunction pending in the suit R.S. No.376 of 2024 (Chandrika Prasad & Others Versus Baba Sarwan Das & Others), pending before the Court of Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court No.13, District Barabanki, within the time frame stipulated by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice."

¶2Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the injunction application filed in the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
