¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i) To, issue a Direction to the Respondent No. 1 / Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No. 15, District Sultanpur to decide the Application for Temporary Injunction (Ga-6) dated 26.07.2024, under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C, pending in the Suit vide Original Suit No. 595/2024 (Sheela Devi vs. Surya Kant Tripathi and others), before him since 26.07.2024, at an early date after hearing the parties concerned, in a given time frame fixed by this Hon'ble court;"

¶3Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid temporary injunction application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
