The present petition has been filed with limited prayer for a direction to the concerned authority/court to decide the criminal proceedings of Session Trial No.315/2021 Case Crime No.270/2018 under Section 504, 506, 324, 325, 323, 149, 148, 147 I.P.C., Police Station-Dhammour, District-Amethi pending in the court of learned Session Judge, District-Sultanpur, within a stipulated period. In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to get the aforesaid case concluded with utmost expedition from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in case there is no other legal impediment.
