The present petition has been filed with limited prayer for a direction to the concerned authority/court to decide the Case No.525 of 2023; Jainul vs. Yogendra Singh, under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 pending before the opposite party No.1 i.e. Learned Additional Civil Judge (JD)/Judicial Magistrate Room No.38, Sultanpur pending since 08.08.2023, within a stipulated period. In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to get the aforesaid case concluded with utmost expedition preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in case there is no other legal impediment.
