At the very outset, Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State has produced instructions before this Court received from Sub Inspector of Police, Police Station Kotwali, District Ayodhya, which is taken on record. Sri Anjani Kumar Dvivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he do not want to press this petition at this stage, therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law. Learned A.G.A.-I for the State has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
