¶1Vakalatnama filed by Shri Vishnu Kant Dwivedi, Advocate on behalf of opposite party no.2 is taken on record.

¶2Learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

¶3The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been moved with prayer to quash the impugned charge sheet dated 27.09.2008 arising out of Case Crime No.62 of 2020, under Sections 498A, 494, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana District Hardoi as well as the entire proceedings of Case No.65/2021; State Vs. Zakir Hussain and Ors. pending before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, F.T.C., Hardoi.

¶4It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that there was some matrimonial dispute between both the parties and both the parties entered into a compromise which has been verified before the trial court vide order dated 27.04.2023 in pursuance of order of this Court dated 02.05.2023 passed in Application U/S 482 No.4340 of 2023 and certified copy thereof has been filed by the applicant in this application which is on record. In view of the aforesaid compromise, it will serve no purpose to keep the proceedings pending in the Case Crime No.62 of 2020, under Sections 498A, 494, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana District Hardoi.

¶5Learned A.G.A. as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 have no objection to the aforesaid prayer of the applicants.

¶6Since the matter is related to matrimonial dispute, therefore, the entire proceedings of the Case No.65/2021; State Vs. Zakir Hussain and Ors. pending before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, F.T.C., Hardoi as well as the charge sheet dated

27.09.2008 arising out of Case Crime No.62 of 2020, under Sections 498A, 494, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana District Hardoi are, hereby, quashed in terms of the compromise.
