¶1Sri Ashish Sinha, Advocate has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.4 today in Court, which is taken on record.

¶2Sri Anil Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, after argument at some length, submits that grievance of the petitioner can be redressed by filing an application under Section 17 of the SARFESI Act before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. He prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.

¶3Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection.
