¶1Sri Prasoon Kumar Rai, learned counsel has filed vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no.3 which is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned Counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Prasoon Kumar Rai, learned Counsel for respondent no.3.

¶3Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that the District Level Committee has allowed his claim under the Uttar Pradesh Mukhyamantri Sarvhit Kisan Bima Yojana, however, the opposite party no.3 is not paying the same.

¶4Since the District Level Committee has already allowed the claim of the petitioner under the said scheme, the opposite party no.3 is bound to pay and shall pay the same within a period of four weeks.
