And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ashish Verma,Ashish Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Avinash Singh Vishen Hon'ble Subhash Chandra Sharma,J.
¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Avinash Singh Bisen, the learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4.
¶2Though the instant writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 18.02.2024, copies of which are on record as Annexure No. 1 to the petition, by means of which the petitioner had been transferred from District Kushinagar to District Gorakhpur and had also been assigned election duty, yet contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that election duty of the petitioners has also come to an end and the respondents may consider the grievance of the petitioners for being posted back to his original place of posting at which he was initially working and he prays that in this regard, they may be permitted to submit a fresh representation before the opposite party No.2, which may be directed to be decided within a time frame fixed by this Court to which learned counsel for respondents have no objection.
¶3Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to move a representation for their grievance to respondent No.2. In case such a representation is moved after his election duties get over i.e. 02.06.2024 before the opposite party No.2, then the opposite party No.2 shall endevour to decide the same by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of six weeks from the date of submission of the representation along with certified copy of this order.
¶4It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case. Order Date :- 24.6.2024 Arun High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
