¶1Heard.

¶2Sri K.K. Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party has drawn attention of this Court towards para-6 of the counter affidavit wherein he has categorically stated that the order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit. In the aforesaid paragraph, it has been indicated that recovery has been stopped and the fresh proceedings have been initiated against the petitioner, however, the same have not been concluded till date.

¶3In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.

¶4Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed.

¶5Notice is discharged.
