¶1Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents No. 1 and 2.

¶2In view of the proposed order, notice to Respondent No. 3 is dispensed with.

¶3Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that revision filed by the Respondent No. 3 was allowed by Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ayodhya vide order dated

25.10.2019 whereby matter has been remanded to Consolidation Officer, Bikapur.

¶4Petitioner has further submitted that since year 2019, case pending before the Consolidation Officer, Bikapur and has not been decided.

¶5Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that ends of justice would be served if a direction is issued to Respondent No. 2 to decide the pending case expeditiously.

¶6I have considered submissions advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and I find that Deputy Director Consolidation, Ayodhya has passed an order on

25.10.2019 whereby matter has been remanded to the Consolidation Officer, Bikapur, District Ayodhya.

¶7After remand of the matter, case has been registered before Respondent No. 2 as Case No. 391 (Computerized Case No. 2019550423030001) which is still pending.

¶8In view of the aforesaid submissions advanced by the learned counsels appearing for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 2 to decide the Case No. 391 (Computerized Case No. 2019550423030001) expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
