In pursuance of the order dated 24.2.2022 passed by this Court, notice was issued to the sole petitioner on the address as given in the writ petition, however, undelivered envelope has been returned back without any specific postal endorsement except a remark i.e. "Gangadhaar". There is no another address of the petitioner available on the record, therefore, at this juncture, no useful purpose would be served to keep this writ petition pending for years to come, whereas no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Now, this Court has no other option but to dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution. As such, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
